Good test results!  I found out today that Lydia is still hepatitis negative and CMV negative!  This is great.  There are a couple of tests still pending, but the biggies are negative.

As far as GVHD is concerned, it is apparently doubtful.  Everyone still thinks it is related to the stomach virus that has been going around.  In fact, two others that we are in close contact with, came down with it over the weekend.  I hope it is not something for us to look forward to again.

As it stands right now, we will just wait and continue to keep our eyes closely on this little angel.  We will go back for routine labs on Wednesday of next week.  If anything changes with her I will make a phone call.  Still living in the moment.

As far as moments go, I have some friends locally, who have suffered a tragic loss this weekend.  It is too much to bare without God supporting them through this.  My friends Yesy (pronounced Jessie) and Ken lost their niece and two nephews (ages 7, 5, and 4) in a house fire in Abilene, Kansas.  Yesy, Ken, and Grandmother Maria feel a huge loss, because they were able to raise these angels while both their parents were in Iraq years ago.  Please pray for the parents Ramon and Diane as well as the extended family.  You can link to the news story here.  I can’t imagine what they are going through.
